His entrepreneurial portfolio extends to The Gourmet Chaat Company, Art of Gifting, The Prince – Luxury Bar Collection, and ECOFUZE, an eco-conscious venture transforming waste into opportunity. Mayank also established The Wedding Platform, a world-class corporate and wedding event management company, known for curating unforgettable celebrations and brand events with precision and style.

A WSET, London-certified sommelier and a Certified Corporate Director (Institute of Directors, London), Mayank blends global expertise with a uniquely Indian perspective.

At the heart of it all, Mayank believes in long-term relationships, storytelling through experiences, and balancing passion with purpose. Whether it’s luxury dining, spirits, sustainability, or investments, his vision remains the same — to create meaningful impact with authenticity and style.

As a serial investor, Mayank has also set up a Startup Fund to mentor and invest in F&B and event entrepreneurs, helping them grow responsibly.

Currently, he is writing “The Taste Makers: Stories of F&B Visionaries” to inspire future entrepreneurs.
